Situated in a quiet corner of the old village, with bars and shops nearby. The tastefully furnished house sleeps 4 people. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and fan, a bathroom with shower and bath, an extra toilet, a lounge with fireplace and TV, a kitchen with gas stove and oven, a fridge with freezer and a washing machine. Donwstairs is a small patio, and on the front step you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. Upstairs is a spacious and sunny rooftop terrace with a table for 4 and a big umbrella.

Níjar is a lively village with bars, restaurants and several shops for the daily needs, but it's not spoiled by disco's and neon.

Various beaches can be reached within 30 - 40 minutes, as well as the Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata. Hiking, horse riding, wind surfing, diving and golf - it's all possible in the near vicinity of the house.
  
The caretaker lives in the same street. She's English & extremely helpful. Of course, she also speaks Spanish fluently.

An amount of 40 euro per week has to be paid to the caretaker to cover the administration, cleaning and linnen.
